As SİLSOFT OYUN YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Company) we have the utmost concern for your privacy. With this in mind, as the Company, we place importance to the processing of all data regarding the persons associated with our Company, including those that use our services, according to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVK Kanunu”). With this responsibility, as the “Data Controller”, we process your data as explained below and imposed by the law.

The personal information collected will be stored and processed by our Company as per Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 to continue our commercial operations for the purposes of: providing services to you by our business units; providing recommendations to you based on your liking, using habits and needs of our services; ensuring our HR policies and their executions; ensuring the legal and commercial safety and security of our Company and persons associated with our Company. c.Why and With Whom the Processed Personal Data may be Shared
The personal information collected may be shared with our business partners, stakeholders, contributors, legally authorized public offices and private persons, banks, Court of Auditors, Ministry of Finance, SGK (Social Security System) for providing services to you by our business units; providing recommendations to you based on your liking, using habits and needs of our services; ensuring our HR policies and their executions; ensuring the legal and commercial safety and security of our Company and persons associated with our Company; limited to the terms and purposes defined at www.silsoftoyun.com, as outlined in the 8th and 9th clauses of the Law 6698.
d.Methods of and Legal Reasons for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal information may be collected by our Company via our website, technical and progressive methods through mobile applications and physical channels, automated or unautomated ways, written or electronically; following the related laws, agreements, requests, commercial practices, and honesty procedures to provide our commercial services to you and continue our commercial operations. The personal information collected under these legal reasons may be shared as described in the (b) and (c) clauses of our Clarification Text and as outlined in Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, 5 and 6 clauses.
Per Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 11 clause, as the owner of personal data, if you request any information regarding your rights, our Company will respond as soon as possible and in thirty days latest to your inquiry. However, in the case of the process requiring any extra expenditure, our Company will ask for payment as outlined in the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law tariff. In this scope, the personal data owners have the rights to the following from our Company:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing the personal data and if this data is processed appropriately,
- Learn the third-party entities that the personal data has been shared with domestically or internationally,
- Request correction in the case of personal data being processed falsely and request notification of the third-party entities that the data is shared with,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data and notification of third-party entities the data is shared with, in the case of reasons to store and process personal data, even though the data is processed according to the Turkish Law 6698 and other related laws,
- Objection to any results that are in opposition to the persons themselves after the data being exclusively analyzed by automated systems,
- Requesting amendments in case of any wrongdoing based on false processing of the personal data.
As per Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 clause 13 paragraph 1, you may submit your written requests regarding your rights outlined above. In this scope, the channels and methods for written submissions are explained below:

In addition, saved email addresses, secure electronic signatures, mobile signatures, or email addresses submitted to and stored by our Company can be used to email us at info@silsoftoyun.com, as per “Data Controller Application Methods and Fundamentals Edict” 5 clause.
